Who Am I?

In 2007, I was flat broke, sleeping on my girlfriend’s couch, and had no idea what the hell I was doing with my life.

One day, a buddy called me up and said, “I wrote a real estate course and we're going to sell it online.”

I didn’t know the first thing about selling online but I said yes.... because I had nothing better going on.

I taught myself SEO from scratch, and somehow, it worked. That tiny spark led to building a full-on digital marketing agency. Doing SEO.

15+ years. Dozens of niches. Thousands of clients. Millions in revenue.

But here’s the truth nobody tells you.

Even when the money’s coming in, it's active income.

You stop working? You stop earning. I was beyond burnt out.

Then I met a mentor. An eight-figure entrepreneur named Ken. A total baller.

I expected some kind of hustle god. Instead, I saw a guy golfing, fishing, singing karaoke...

I never saw the man work.

So I asked him, “Ken, how the hell are you making so much money?”

He looked me dead in the eyes and said.

“Buddy, I like to do things once and get paid for them again and again.”

⚡️ That hit me like a truck.

I realized: I’ve been doing this all wrong.

I’d spent years doing once and getting paid once.

The First Time I Did A Digital Deal

One of my clients lost a staff member and asked,

“Can you help us follow up with leads automatically?”

I set up a quick email sequence using Aweber, slapped in some testimonials, and made sure people got replies. Said just buy the software with my affiliate link.

That was 10 years ago.

I still get paid from that same setup today.

I’ve literally done nothing for a decade except click "Transfer to Bank Account" in PayPal.

After that, I started asking:

How many people already built something 90-99% of the way… but don’t know how to monetize it?

Turns out: A lot.

(Most of them in fact. The opportunity is EVERYWHERE.)

And when we show up with the missing 1%?

We get paid handsomely.
